Return & Exchange
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of shipping.

Return With Regalpawshop.com - Easy:
- You can return your purchase within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Please contact our Customer Service to confirm your return.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
- Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. Anything beyond 15 days of the delivery date will be handled under a manufacturer's warranty.
- Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, please proceed with placing a new order. Placing the new order right away ensures that you’ll get your item(s) quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
